The state of the art Green Room seats 14 people easily but can accommodate more depending on the layout.
The room is air conditioned and heated with excellent natural light. 54.7sqm.
Suitable for any interview, seminar, meetings or network event.

The room is available to be booked Monday to Friday between 8.30am-5pm.
Daily rate: $200+GST
Hourly rate: $40+GST

An email will be provided to advise if the room is available for the time selected.
The minimum booking time for the meeting room is 1 hour.
Set-up and pack-up times need to be included in the booking time.
Invoices will be mailed/emailed to the hirer at the start of the month.
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the meeting date there will be no charge to the hirer.
Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to the date of hire will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the
Room hire. Failure to notify cancellation will result in the full fee being charged.
There is no onsite catering available however there several local business who are available to provide catering services.
Use of Facilities
Hirers need to provide their own tea, coffee and milk if using self-catering facilities.
Crockery, glassware and cutlery are provided for use.
Crockery must be washed, dried and returned to the storage cupboard.
The Green Room must be left clean and tidy. Furniture and equipment is to be returned to where they were found.
Rubbish is to be deposited in the bins provided and perishables removed from the fridge. The floors must be swept if required.
The hirer is responsible for the room setting they require. YO Bendigo staff will not set up furniture.
Operation of audiovisual equipment is the responsibility of the hirer.
Always familiarise yourselves with emergency exits.
