How can we make travel better for people in need?
Travellers Aid Australia is inviting you to participate in an important survey about the biggest challenges people have using public transport.

Did you know there are hundreds of thousands of people in Australia who find it difficult to travel independently, due to disabilities, age and many other conditions. And we know that independent travel is a key to living well, to access work, health, social activities and education.
Travellers Aid Australia is not-for-profit organisation with almost a century of experience helping people in need to travel independently, particularly on public transport. This survey will help us and our partners to focus energies on the most important challenges people have.
Help us find out what the real problems are, so we can work to find better solutions. The survey should only take 8 minutes to complete.
