Smart Art is a young women’s art/craft program that enables young women to spend time developing their interest and creativity in a range of art and craft activities. A range of art/craft activities have been developed utilising the skills of the Smart Art workers. These include ceramics, jewellery making, sculpture and scrap booking.

Smart Art also brings together mothers of St Luke’s youth services clients in a non-threatening and fun environment. The group meets on a weekly basis to spend time in craft activities. Being a non-threatening environment the group are able to provide support to each other and share their concerns and issues. For further information contact Robbie Buckman at St Luke’s.

Discover Your Way With Clay A beginners' course in ceramic hand building techniques. 10 weeks.
WHAT: Hand building techniques (coil building, pinching, slab building)
WHEN: Wednesday nights starting August 18, from 6pm till 9pm.
WHERE: Ceramics Studio in Flora Hill area.
HOW MUCH: $350 for 10 classes.

 Knotty Ladies

·          For:             A social group making time for chatting over hand stitching projects, complemented by drinks and nibbles.
