Dananananaykroyd - There is a way'
Hardcore, Scottish rock band, Dananananaykroyd have released their latest album, ‘There Is A Way’ boasting their self-described ‘fight pop’ sound which is a good way of describing their music as that is exactly the journey their music takes you on-a ferocious charged up fight.
The tracks are boisterous, chaotic and at times repetitive, however kudos to Paul Carlin on drums who has endless physical energy that gives their sound some beefy weight. The group will be performing again in Australia for the highly anticipated 2011 Splendour In the Grass festival and they are bound to leave a lasting impression on the crowd as there are renowned for delivering wild live performances.
If bursting your eardrums to a cacophony of loud throaty vocals mixed with the violent roar of guitar, drums and bass, then this is the album for you. Highlights are ‘Think and Feel’ and ‘E Numbers’
