Jaime Robbie Reyne - Remember to Breathe.

Twenty-six year old singer-songwriter, Jamie Robbie Reyne is set to release his debut solo single ‘Remember to Breathe’ on May 9th. Having had a hectic past six months supporting acclaimed music icons such as Pat Benatar, The Bangles, Cloud Control, Thirsty Merc and performing at Hot BBQ Festival, Secret Garden Festival and Rock For Relief Australian Flood Fundraiser, it is clear that Jaime’s music is getting some serious live exposure.

Jaime has fronted bands, Rushcutter and The Paradise Three; however this release showcases his solo talent as a powerful, independent vocal artist and an impressive Australian songwriter. His voice has an earthy quality which could be described as Jon Bon Jovi meets Jeff Buckley. ‘Remember to Breathe’ is a country flavoured rock song with clear lyrics and a catchy melody; it doesn’t have any surprises but it should hit a chord with country/rock enthusiasts.

Rollingstone Magazine (Aus) described Jaime Robbie Reyne as the “New artist you should know about!” These sentiments were affirmed by Caz Tran, Triple J who reviewed Jaime’s new release, “it’s a beauty-keep an eye out for him. Love the sound of that one-at the very top of the bracket.”

In a fickle industry, Jaime’s ‘Rock-God’ appearance has certainly given him an edge; he was a finalist in the 2011 CLEO Bachelor of the year, exposing him to a whole new audience.

Jaime Robbie Reyne is the name to listen out for as his song, “Remember to Breathe” hits the airwaves.
