Secondary School Nurses in Bendigo Schools

Lots of young people have concerns in their lives that they would like some help with.  Some young people:

·         Don’t feel very good about themselves and life feels really flat.

·         Are worried that they are pregnant and don’t know what to do.

·         Are anxious about whether their relationship is good for them.

·         Want to know more about contraception.

·         Have lots of questions about sexually transmitted infections.

·         Are worried about whether changes in their body are normal.

Did you know that in there is a Secondary School Nurse at five Bendigo Schools that can provide a free confidential  service for young people about these issues and more. There is a Secondary School Nurse at:

·         Bendigo Senior Secondary College

·         Weeroona College

·          Eaglehawk Secondary College

·          Bendigo South East Secondary College

·         Crusoe College

If you want to find out how to access the School Nurse ask your Home Room Teacher or Community Leader. All young people at these Colleges are welcome to access this service.
