Freiya O’Connor is 15 years old and currently in year 10 at Eaglehawk secondary. This will be her second year as a part of the youth council. She has had an amazing time the past 2 years on youth council, meeting all sorts of new people and learning all sorts of new things.  

Freiya loves reading and dabbles in a bit of performing arts. She also enjoys spending time with her friend’s family and more importantly her pets! 

 She participates in netball and has been playing with the same team for the past 5 years. Freiya also loves to participate in her local communities human powered vehicle team where she participates in races and trainings. 

Freiya hopes to help inspire her peers into doing bigger and better things and creating a happy environment where everyone can thrive.
