Max McKellar is 16 years old and is currently in year 11 at Bendigo Senior Secondary College.

2023 is Max’s third year on the Youth Council. Max has lived in Greater Bendigo for 5 years and has been trying his best to impact the community in a positive way ever since the move. Max’s goal as a member of the Youth Council is to create a better community environment and improve mental health support for young people. While on the Youth Council, Max has been a part of creating the Youth Action Plan and is a part of the YO Events team.

Max is looking forward to using the experience he has gained over the past few years as a Youth Councilor to help the Youth Council do more for our community in 2023 and beyond.
