YO Bendigo goes to La Trobe for O week

By Lily Andrews, 26 February, 2025

On Monday, February 24th, Chelsea and Lily represented YO Bendigo at the Orientation Festival at La Trobe Uni’s Bendigo campus as part of O-Week.

Arriving around noon, they set up their table brimming with awesome merch: pens, tote bags, notebooks, drink bottles, flyers, Ambedo magazines, and stickers.

They spent a few fun-filled hours engaging with students, exploring other stalls, and soaking in the lively activities. With hundreds of new and returning students in attendance, the event was buzzing with excitement!

Chelsea and Lily had fantastic conversations with students about YO's impactful work, and many were particularly intrigued by the Ambedo magazine. They also connected with students about their study paths and shared how YO Bendigo can support their journeys. They also talked to students about the up and coming YO chill day that is on the 16th of April.
