Booking Enquiries

Booking inquiries can be made by completing the form

A staff member will email shortly after the booking request is submitted
to confirm if the room is available for your selected time.

Please send booking requests at least 48 hours before your booking time.

Please also let us know 48 hours in advance of a cancellation of a room
booking to avoid being charged.

The minimum booking time for the meeting room is 1 hour.
Room Set-up and pack-up times need to be included in the booking time.

Invoices will be mailed/emailed to the hirer at the start of the month.
