Are you a 14-25 year old who is keen to learn the basics of making a great coffee? Join us at YO Bendigo for our Barista Masterclass! ☕

What you need to know: 

1. This masterclass will be run over 4 sessions and you will need to attend all of these to complete this course.
2. The dates for the classes are Monday May 19th 3pm-5pm, Tuesday May 20th 3pm-5pm, Monday May 26th 3pm-5pm and Tuesday May 27th 3pm-5pm.
3. The first class will be held at YO Bendigo and the other 3 will be held at Alium Dining which is located on 17 View point, Bendigo.

4. The only thing you need to bring is yourself as materials will be provided by Access Skills Training.

1. Introduction to coffee and equipment.
2. Extracting coffee and Milk techniques.
3. Advanced coffee art and pouring techniques.
4. Coffee masterclass (quality assessment of coffee, tasting and learning).
