Whether you are aiming for your first job or looking to boost your resume, this entry-level food safety course gives you the essential skills to work confidently and safely with food in Victoria.
You'll learn what employers expect when it comes to food hygiene and safety—and why it matters, from understanding how to keep yourself and your workspace clean, to spotting food safety risks and knowing what to do about them.

To secure your place in the course, you must complete the following forms listed below. These must be submitted before attending the in-person training at 45 Mundy Street.

If these forms are not submitted, you will not be able to attend or receive your certificate.
