Fruit Punch Pool Party & Dive in Movie 2026

Are you a trans or gender-diverse young person, or have friends who are? Want a safe and fun opportunity to swim and hangout with mates? Then dive on in and join us at Fruit Punch for a splashin' good time!

Fruit Punch is a pool party and dive-in movie, tailored for young trans and gender-diverse people, their friends, families and allies to relax and enjoy an evening by the pool-swimming, chilling, and expressing themselves in a safe, inclusive and welcoming space. The event is open to people of all different expression of identity. 


Movie Screening: Lego Batman

Cost: FREE!!
But don’t forget to register before the day so we can cater for you. We will be serving up delicious food, including fish and chips (dim sim, potato cakes), fruit punch, and other snacks!

Location: 
The event location will be shared with all registered attendees on the day of the event. However, if you need confirmation that the venue meets your accessibility requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to provide a detailed list of the venue’s accessibility features and any additional equipment available to support your needs.

What's On: 

  • Swimming/pool activities 

  • a Polaroid photo booth (to take fun snaps on the day)

  • a chill zone with giant bean bags and card games

  • LEGO swap & sell booth hosted by Bendigo Golden Brick - bring your bricks and minifigures along! 

Things to know: 

  • The pool will be closed off entirely to the public - exclusive access for Fruit Punch staff, volunteers and guests only! 

  • Photography will not be permitted at this event, with the exception of selfies at the photo booth only

  • Our venue will have gender-neutral bathrooms and change areas

  • Accessible designated parking, accessible change rooms and wheelchair access (including a gradual railed ramp entry into the pool)

  • There will be non-swimming/out of pool activities and zones for those who don't want to swim
