Join us at YO Bendigo for the Highlighter Art Workshop, a creative event for young people (aged 12-25) to explore art using everyday highlighters and biros. 

Following BendiGLOW Youth Fest, this beginner-friendly workshop introduces essential art techniques and emphasizes creativity and experimentation. Not to mention, continuing the glow, this workshop will be delivered under UV lighting, adding a neon glow effect to your masterpieces and providing a fresh and vibrant take on drawing.
 

What you will learn:
During this workshop, participants will learn:
• How to create tones and shading with highlighters and biros.
• Draw from photographs to produce realistic artwork.
• Develop the skills in drawing to bring their artistic ideas to life on paper. 
 

What do I need to bring?
All materials will be provided, however, if participants have photographs of a favorite pet they would like to draw or even just an artwork of an image they would love to recreate then we certainly encourage you to bring it along and we will help you turn it into an artwork on paper.
