Paint Pouring Art is a relaxed, hands-on creative workshop designed for young people interested in exploring colour, creativity, and fluid art techniques. The session offers a fun, welcoming space to experiment with paint, discover exciting colour combinations, and enjoy a chilled crafternoon with snacks and supportive guidance. No previous experience is required, and all materials are provided. This workshop is a great opportunity to connect with others, unwind, and create a one-of-a-kind artwork to take home. Every paint pour is unique, making each piece a colourful surprise. Come along, get creative, and leave with something handmade, vibrant, and completely your own.

What to Expect
Participants will begin with a guided activity, creating their own paint pouring artwork with the assistance of our facilitator. This introductory project is designed to teach simple paint pouring techniques that are easy for beginners to learn and enjoy. After completing the guided piece, participants can explore their own creative ideas, experimenting with colours, patterns, and pouring styles to create a unique artwork of their own. Facilitators will provide hands-on support, technical advice, and inspiration materials throughout the session. So, if you have an idea but don't know where to start or how to bring it to life, our facilitator will be there to guide you through each step.
 

What's the vibe
The workshop is designed to offer:

• A calm and welcoming atmosphere with low music playing, with a small room available if, at any point, participants need to step out
• A social environment where young people can connect with peers

• A relaxed “crafternoon” feel, with music, conversation, and plenty of time to experiment with colours and techniques

  All equipment and materials will be supplied, including:

• A range of acrylic paints and pouring cups
• Canvases and paint pouring tools
• Inspiration resources
• Snacks and water to keep the creative energy up
