Victoria Tangey was a Youth Councillor from 2019 to 2023 and was one of the inaugural members of Youth Council.

Victoria was Deputy Youth Mayor in 2021 and Youth Mayor in 2022.

Billie Taylor was a Youth Councillor during the City of Greater Bendigo Youth Council’s first term from 2019 to 2020.

In 2020, she held the position of Deputy Youth Mayor.
